Research of the patient dose with beam hardening effect in diagnostic x-ray field

Abstract
It is important that the medical diagnostic X-ray image is to improve quality and reduce exposure dose. It is comparing before with after the transmission spectrum in diagnostic X-ray, then analysing between skin dose(as exposure dose) and organ dose through Monte Carlo method.
As a result, The more aluminum filter thickness, the more reducing skin dose and low energy spectrum, but organ dose through Monte Carlo Method is not changing. This is reducing exposure dose of patient. In conclusion, the 6 mm Aluminum added filter is the most effective. That is beneficial enough to use in clinical diagnostic X-ray field.
